Terms of sale and use

These terms govern the service supplied by KIPDEV SAS, 4 rue des Frênes, 33700 Mérignac, France, RCS Bordeaux 884 120 890. Contact: contact@milliondollarhomepage3d.com.

The service

One pixel costs €1 and the minimum purchase is three pixels. The price displayed immediately before payment is the total price charged in euros. A purchase adds pixels to one public listing consisting of a name, short description and outbound link. The number of pixels determines rank; ties favour the listing that reached the number first.

Pixels do not expire and are not resold. This promise concerns continued ownership of the purchased pixels, not a fixed rank, traffic volume, search ranking or uninterrupted service. Links are marked rel="sponsored".

Order and delivery

Payment is processed by Stripe. The customer checks the listing, pixel quantity, total price and projected rank before confirming. Publication normally begins automatically after Stripe confirms payment. The Stripe confirmation and our public receipt record the transaction.

Immediate performance and withdrawal

Before checkout, an unselected checkbox asks the customer to request immediate publication and acknowledge that the statutory withdrawal right is lost once the digital service has been fully delivered. Without that express action, checkout cannot open. This does not limit rights where the service is not delivered, is defective, or where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Moderation

Illegal, fraudulent, malicious, infringing, hateful, adult-only or technically dangerous destinations may be rejected or have their outbound link disabled. We will first seek a correction where reasonably possible. Moderation never transfers purchased pixels to another customer.

Availability and liability

We maintain the board with reasonable care but cannot promise continuous availability, a minimum number of visitors, clicks, leads or sales. Liability is not excluded where it cannot lawfully be excluded. For professional customers, liability for indirect loss is excluded and direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected listing during the previous twelve months.

Law and disputes

French law applies, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protection in their country of residence. Contact us first so we can resolve the issue. Consumers may use the European Commission’s recognised dispute-resolution channels or the competent consumer mediator where applicable. Courts are determined by mandatory consumer rules; between professionals, the courts of Bordeaux have jurisdiction.
